BREWING THE PERFECT CUPPA STORY FOR LIPTON PYRAMIDS

This September we got Australia talking tea!  To launch the new range of Lipton Pyramid teabags, we conducted a variety of activities including mini Afternoon Tea parties for select media groups, a series of 1:1s with the Lipton Master Tea Blender and a VIP High Tea..

Lifestyle media and bloggers were invited to a VIP High Tea at MasterChef Dining & Bar Sydney, a premium pop-up restaurant serving teas to Sydney and Melbourne diners,hosted by Julia Taylor (former MasterChef finalist), and Lipton Master Tea Blender, Kurush Bharucha. Offering guests an interactive tea-tasting and delicious tea-time treats from the MasterChef kitchen was the perfect way to spend a post-election Sunday. As the ultimate expert in tea, Kurush talked to Aussie media about how he has been working with teas for nearly 30 years, and at one time he tasted 1,000 cups of tea every day!

The Lipton Pyramids range features a twist on the expected, such as Russian Earl Grey with blue petals, to more exotic infusions from around the world such as Orange Jaipur. Most importantly the pyramid-shaped teabags give tea-lovers the benefits of both worlds – the experience of loose leaf tea in a teapot, with the convenience of a teabag.
