Nothing tastes better than food you have cooked for yourself and friends, so to launch the new Tooheys Cooking Handbook, Res Publica invited a group of Sydney food bloggers to have-a-go at making some recipes themselves with an interactive cooking class.

Guests sat down for an alfresco inspired beer appreciation dinner where they were able to enjoy the dishes they created which were matched to a selection of Tooheys beers.

This was also supported by a media relations strategy where the Tooheys Cooking Handbook was positioned as the perfect gift for Father’s Day to consumer and lifestyle media, influencers and mummy bloggers. This helped to drive positive conversations about better gift giving for Dads and how Aussie guys love to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to cook dishes for friends and family.
