Easter Stout With Pana Chocolate

With a passion for exploring beer’s true potential, the team at White Rabbit Brewery created a limited release beer just in time for Easter –  White Rabbit Chocolate Stout, crafted with Pana Chocolate.

Following primary fermentation, the beer spent a short period of time in oak barrels with brandy soaked staves immersed within.  A concoction of this beer, caramelised with Pana Chocolate, was then thoughtfully blended back – resulting in a smooth, velvety stout with distinct chocolate undertones

To celebrate the launch of the Chocolate Stout, White Rabbit also hosted ‘Easter Down the Rabbit Hole’ at its Geelong brewery on April 13.

Header Brewer Jeremy Halse and Pana Chocolate’s Pana Barbounis were on hand to guide attendees through the interconnected worlds of beer and chocolate, giving an understanding of the flavours the cocoa and barrels have imparted.

To celebrate the launch of White Rabbit Chocolate Stout bespoke media kits with a special sample of Pana Chocolate to compliment the beer were delivered to a range of national beer and lifestyle media.

The campaign resulted in a combined reach of more than 2,618,116 across editorial, trade and social outlets, with 97% of coverage including a visual of White Rabbit Chocolate Stout and 100% positive sentiment rating.
