Dietlicious Founder, Janel Horton together with French Michelin Star Chef, Sebastien Houillon demonstrated how easy it can be to eat well, and how hard it can be to tell if a meal was frozen when it’s made preservative-free and with fresh ingredients.

Hot from the open kitchen, Houillon plated up a seven course degustation for social influencers and key media. The menu included dishes from the Dietlicious winter menu, including the Ricotta Meatballs with Capsicum Sauce dish which was created alongside Nutrition Scientist and Dietitian, Dr. Joanna McMillan and features in her ‘Get Lean, Stay Lean’ cookbook.

A nutritional conversation lead by Janel and Dr. Joanna unveiled the reasons behind the success of the ready-made frozen meal service including meeting the demand for healthy, balanced meals that are pre-prepared for the time poor; to liberate women from the kitchen; and to help people achieve their weight loss goals while still eating tasty meals.
